Becoming an efficient manager

Management skill development is a critical part of graduate school curricula. Though, when practicing managers are asked to assess the organizational behavior and management courses they took in college, they usually complain that the courses didn't teach them skills relevant to their jobs. Most report that "people problems" were their most important challenge and they felt that their university education had not made them to handle this challenge.

In your own opinion and experience, write down the specific skills you would enhance on and the conditions in which the enhancement efforts were made? Recognize the specific outcomes which would point out success in becoming an efficient manager.
