Located in an affluent suburban area with community assessment results showing high incident of cardiac and oncologic disease. This organization has lots of funding for patient engagement services, due to generous philanthropy. There is high demand for m-health solutions. Fully functioning EMR is in place with a HIMSS EMR maturity at level 7. Physicians and Patients are very demanding customers to IT and marketing and have high expectations for the latest and greatest technology. In the past getting adoption has been challenging due to the desire for each physician wanting to have the system highly customized, "their" way.
