Remember to address the key outputs for each topic.
As appropriate and needed:
- Determine the underlying motivation for action
- Determine the decision criteria and standards
- Determine what management needs to find out in order to act
- Describe the product
- Segment the market and select the target segment
- List the major competitors and describe the competitive advantage
- Identify the focal group of customers/clients
