BamBoo Furniture customers view and make furniture selections on the show room floor. Employees check item availability using the enterprise database. If the items are available in the warehouse, the employee obtains the customer information to place the sales order. If the items are no available, the customer is notified. If the customer chooses to still place the order, the customer information is obtained and the order is placed with the manufacture. Customer credit is verified by send in an authorization request to the credit card company for the amount of the purchase. After the customer credit is verified, sales order information is sorted in the SALES ORDER and SALES ORDER LINE tables. If the customer does not have a good credit standing, the customer order is rejected and the customer is notified.
