Upon completing this module, the student should be able to:
- Understand the types of Report Writing, including:chapters 21 through 23
- Observation Reports
- Interview Reports
- Lab, Experiment, and Field Reports
- Write a Report.
- Study chapters 21 through 23 in the textbook.
- Pay special attention to each of the model essays. You will be writing an report like them!
- At the end of each chapter, you will find Guidelines and a Writing Checklist.
- Review them before you start writing your assignment.
- Review them against your assignment before submitting it - your instructor will be looking for those types of things!
- Write an Report on the subject:
- Your Degree Program; include subjects like:
- Why did you choose it
- What do you expect from it
- How do you think it will help you in your future
- How long will it take you to finish
- Your report must cover the subject.
- This will probably take 1-3 pages, but you are free to decide.
- If the subject is not covered, the instructor will make you try again and an A will be out of the question.
- Similarly, if you go overboard the same thing will happen.
- Write an Report on the subject:
- Your Degree Program(Homeland Security); include subjects like:
- Why did you choose it
- What do you expect from it
- How do you think it will help you in your future
- How long will it take you to finish
- Your report must cover the subject.
- This will probably take 1-3 pages, but you are free to decide.
