b) Use your approved Purpose Statement from Mini Research Prospectus Part 1. In its final form for inclusion in this part of the assignment, the statement should be 100-150 words in length.

2) Perform the following tasks to complete the assignment:
a) Write a concise review of literature of 750-1,000 words that accomplishes the following:

The purpose of this study is to observe the positive and negative effects of failure/success performance of an individual within a multi-level marketing organization. There may be a variety of reasons for failure such as unethical practices, lack of commitment or/and lack of determination running in the company or associates representing the organization. Furthermore, there are many variety of reasons for success, for instance, full commitment, using the products, talking to people and using the organizational tools appropriately. It is very important to recognize the causes of failure/success within the multilevel marketing as well to adopt self-defining goals to reach the individuals wants.
Although experiences with failure mostly lead to underperformance there are the times that failure might stimulate individuals to encounter success by reaching their goals and increasing their performance.
