Classify the main resources and competencies of an organisation of your choice and discuss how these relate to the strategy of the organisation. In your discussion, evaluate the potential for the organisation’s resources to provide a competitive advantage, comment on whether they deliver on this potential and how they can develop further their resources and capabilities.

With regards to the organization you can write about any organizations however since I am from Saudi Arabia and I work for Saudi Arabian Oil Company (ARAMCO). it will be good for me if you can write about ARAMCO if is possible..
