The following assignment is about creating our own apartment hotel with first 5 floor with 6 studio rooms per floor costing 99$ per room, next 4 floors with BHK(Bedroom Hall Kitchen) rooms costing 139$ per room, and top 3 floor with 2BHK costing 179$ per room so total rooms in the hotel is 52 and if they need extra bedding in a room it will cost 59$ per bedding.
There is also restaurant with 50 pax with a Bar, and a pool by restaurant with mini bar. The following hotel is located in wellington parade, Melbourne CBD.
Name of the hotel is Galaxy Apartments. And please make sure the finance part is done carefully as it is most important. we have to identify the cost of building and all the expenses required to run the hotel and on the basis we have to make financial statements with all Harvard style referencing (Australia).
