Assignment about high rise building; the assignment is about designing a core and putting the design and values on etabs software to make sure the core is working well.
High rise subject is to design a 60 storeys hotel 1.5km off-shore in Melbourne, Australia. It consists of three different sub-teams: Architectural team, Gravity team & Lateral team(me). Lateral team is to design the core of the building and to check whether its working and safe or not manually and using etabs/Spacegass. the check will be on the deflection(H/500> Δ
1. The core draft on Etabs with the correct wall Thickness(700mm).
2. A 3D module of the whole building (Line)
3. A 3D module of the Slab(polyline)
4. An A4 sheet of the Lateral load sub team assignment requirements.
5. Excel spreadsheet which has all the calculations needed for building's height and and every floor's dimensions, wind design, Robustness and Earthquake.
6. Autocad drawing of the core in 2D
