Activity Details
For this assignment, developing the paper started in Module 5, write a 4-5 page research-based argument paper that compares online education at Grantham University with onground education at a university of your choice. Use our LIRN online library resources (NOT THE INTERNET) to find 3-5 sources that will help you build your argument. NOTE: This assignment is due at the end of Module Eight.
Perform the following tasks:
- Step 1: Write a research paper.
In order to write this paper, you will need to take a position on whether and why one style of education is better for you. Research Grantham and an onground university, and connect what you discover with your reasoning. Clarify your point of view, and support your reasoning with apt examples, both from your research and from your personal experience. When you write this paper, you should use the information you've learned throughout this class in order to incorporate best practices in writing.
- You MUST follow correct MLA citation and utilization of source material (for example, quotation marks for direct quotations). Make sure you have both proper in-text parenthetic citations and a Works Cited page.
