Assessing HRD Needs: diversity training program
Once you have assessed the organization's need and decided on the type of training program that will be created, you will then need to follow the training program design process described in your textbook. Part 1 is comprised of the training program package that would be necessary for your organization. The package is to include a lesson plan and training materials (handouts, presentation, etc.)
