Project Overview: Your team is in charge of conducting a feasibility study and implementation plan for an Entrepreneurship Center targeting college students. The project aims to assess the feasibility and plan the implementation of an Entrepreneurship Center dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurial skills among college students. This center will provide resources, mentorship, and opportunities for students to develop and launch their own business ideas. Part 1: Project Scope Planning - In order to complete the scope planning, your team should define the following aspects:
? Project description: A high-level overview of the project's nature and extent, characteristics, main objectives, and essential qualities. Think of it as the vision of the final outcome of the project.
? Project objectives: Describe the high-level goals of the including measurable success criteria (Smart objectives)
? Project deliverables: List all project deliverables and briefly describe each including outputs and ancillary (supporting) results such reports, documentation, evaluations, etc. Do not list dates.
? Project tasks: List the most important project tasks to be completed, based on the deliverables listed in the previous section. Do not include dates.
? Project boundaries: Describe the extent of project work expectations and list deliverables, tasks or outcomes that are not included in the project
? Project assumptions: List any project factors that are considered true, real, or certain and are critical for the project's success
? Project constraints: List the general limitations that should be considered during the project life cycle, such as time, cost, scope, quality, risks, and resources.
