Reasons for quitting. Experience with quitting: what worked and what didn't. Previous relapse triggers, if any. That will show how participants benefit from the implementation delivery, enabling managers to monitor individual performance and organizational progress in delivering services. How does this fit within the five perspectives-social, political, financial, technological, and environmental-that we have used to discuss the case? Social Metrics - Living in a socially connected world, social metrics become an incredibly important tool. Since social media metrics are more than numbers, tracking smoking cessation can provide insight and sets of strategies to set goals, define the objective, and determine the right approach to measurement.
