Problem:

An investigator conducts a study to assess the risk of developing skin cancer among non-Hispanic white men and women aged 55 to 75 yrs. with a history of multiple severe sunburns before age 25 yrs. The investigator finds that the risk of skin cancer is higher among people with a history of serve sunburns compared to those without such a history.
