Identify the most important external environmental factors in the remote, industry, and external analysis.
Perform competitor benchmarking.
Assess the structure of the organization and the influence this has on its performance
Determine the organization's competitive position and the possibilities this provides.
Create a 10- to 12-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation to accompany the paper. The presentation should be a presentation of the findings of the internal and external environmental analysis and the competitor benchmarking results.
You must meet or exceed (no points deducted for reasonable overage) the minimum deliverables length threshold (1,400 words and 10- to 12 slide presentation) in order to ensure sufficient coverage of the learning objectives. If you do not meet it, points will be deducted.
