c. Explain the public issue facing the organization.
d. Map and provide an analysis of the stakeholders.
e. Assess the core values and ethics of the organization.
f. To what extent is the government (or, are governments) involved in this public issue?
g. How should this public issue be resolved? To what extent is a whole organization intervention required to resolve this issue?
