Assess the application of european union law

Problem: What article i need to add on this scenarios and what cases to make my answer stronger

Consider the following scenarios and, in each case, assess the application of European Union law as it relates to free movement of persons. You must answer all parts of this question.

(a) Darragh is an Irish citizen and moved to Sweden in 2020, aged 17, with his parents, as his father was posted to work there by his employer. In 2021, Darragh started a four-year law degree course at Stockholm University and left home and moved into a flat. He currently receives regular and substantial financial support from his father, and in addition works as a part-time waiter for a few hours each week. He has recently met Kimiko, who is a Japanese student and they are now living together and are planning to marry. Darragh's father disapproves of his marriage plans and is threatening to withdraw his financial support. Advise Darragh and Kimiko of their rights of residence in Sweden.

(b) Evadne is also an Irish citizen and has been working full-time as a hotel receptionist in Sweden since 2019. A few months ago, she met and fell in love with Firoze, an Iranian citizen whose application for asylum in Sweden has been rejected. Firoze has recently moved into Evadne's flat. Advise Evadne and Firoze of their rights under EU law.

(c) Geoff is an anaesthetist and has been resident in Sweden since 2015. He has recently alleged to have been negligent at work when he left the operating theatre during an operation and failed to notice that the oxygen supply had become blocked. He is facing criminal charges in respect of this matter and the Swedish authorities have informed him that he will be deported after the end of any custodial sentence which is imposed. Geoff has been developing a private health clinic and wishes to remain in Sweden as the commercial director of this clinic. Advise Geoff on his rights to remain in Sweden.

(d) Geoff's wife, Annie is an Australian citizen and has, until recently, been living in Sweden with him. However, the pending criminal charges against Geoff have led to their relationship becoming strained and she has moved into her own flat. Annie has commenced divorce proceedings against Geoff, but she would like to remain in Sweden. Advise Annie on her rights to remain in Sweden.
