You onlye. produce a limited line of designs and have small-run rates to ensure the high quality for which your com- pany has been known since its inception. True, you charge a premium price for your high-quality goods, but now your costs are rising to the point where you have to make operational changes to save money if you're to stay in business. You want to do this with- out compromising on quality.
