2. Have some or all of the students at Evergreen State College had some or all of their rights violated and if so by whom and should they be compensated for those violations?
3. The purpose of tort law is to compensate persons whose rights have been violated; is using tort law a good and/or necessary way to resolve problems like those at Evergreen or should other methods of resolution be employed partially or totally?
