What are your thoughts on this article ?According to the article dated February 24, 2013 in Tech section USA Today News (electronic issue), numerous employers maybe missing out on the highly qualified employees as the job market rebounds. Many of employers haven’t updated or optimized the websites for taking applications on smart tablet devices and mobile. According to article in USA Today, “Highly valued talent who (value) themselves or their time won’t tolerate the inefficient application procedure,” says Hope Gurion, Chief Development Officer of the CareerBuilder, a top employment website owned in part by Gannett, USA Today Parent Company”. So I’m thinking that this could be quite cumbersome to the operations management if these companies don’t keep up with technology to employ the required quality human resources to assist turn with inputs in outputs.
