1. Argue for improving diversity in a company context, (What will be the economic/social/reputational/legal benefits or reduced costs/problems for the company/organization)
2. Description of what actions will need to be taken to improve diversity. (Interventions could include actions in recruitment, retaining, training staff etc).
3. Description of challenges for the "'company'' and the employees when undertaking these changes.
