Historically speaking, California has been a Republican state, with the progressive movement taking hold earlier and lasting longer than in other areas in the Country. In recent decades, California has shifted dramatically to the left and is now considered one of the most liberal states in the Country. Realizing that all things ebb and flow, and taking into consideration the migration patterns of people to and from the State, what do you think the California government and electorate will look like in 20 years? At this point the legislature has a democratic super majority and the democrats hold all State Constitutional offices. Many progressive leaders are proposing some very progressive policies, causing a split with more moderate democrats. Issues over the correct approach to wages and work strikes, crime and homelessness are dividing people. What are your thoughts? Are you happy with the trajectory of the State?
