1) Find an example of one of the three sustainability practices (i.e., eco-efficiency, biomimicry/closed-loop production, and/or focus on services) that we covered in this module that has been engaged in by a business organization (NOT using one of the examples that have been provided by Dr. Nelson or your text). Provide a description of the practice and more importantly, why you believe that the example you have provided reflects this practice.
2) Pick a product (e.g., drinking water, beef, coffee, smartphone). The address the following questions in relation to this product. What natural resources go into this product (Are there alternatives)? Are these resources renewable or are they being used at a sustainable rate? What happens to any wastes produced by this firm/industry? Can they be used in other ways? Are they recyclable? How could you apply sustainability practices to improve the sustainability of this product (be specific)
