This week, you are developing your view of leadership. The leaders that have been most effective in motivating me were the ones who took the time to understand my personal and professional goals and gave me opportunities to achieve them. These were goals that aligned to the organization's goals. However, that interest in my well-being was empowering. What are your thoughts on this? Are there other tactics we can employ to find supportive followers, in addition to encouraging their goals?
