The feasibility study should begin with a short introduction about the purpose and scope of the paper( teacher motivation). These are some of the things that you will have to discuss in terms of a feasibility study - which basically means that you have to provide a plan of the resources required, the timeline involved and what the impact might be on organisations, people's workloads and on teaching hours and on curriculum delivery as well as what approvals may be required and how evaluation or a pilot should be done.
Feasibility can only be determined once this kind of plan is developed. You need to consider the following types of things (not a complete list, but an illustrative one):
Approvals
Equipment, materials and supplies
Human resources: are there staff available and qualified, do professional development sessions need to be provided or new staff, do some staff have to do additional degrees in the UAE or abroad to create the qualified staff Are there suitable facilities?
- Is additional transportation required?
- Are community agencies necessary? Does it require a larger involvement of families?
- Does it have an impact on the universities? The Ministry of UAE ?
