Assignment task:
Give a proposal of an 8-week psycho-educational group for an underserved target population in need of an intervention. Each week of the group should be planned out. You will discuss how you will screen group members, how you will orient participants to the group, discuss different techniques for evaluating group experiences, and discuss projected outcomes. You will need to research outcomes of psycho-educational groups and what is already implemented within the community.

- What is your group setting?
- Are the interventions consistent with the target population?
- Are the interventions realistic?
- How will you measure the effectiveness of the interventions? The effectiveness of the overall group?
