1. Even though there are challenging working environments, I believe that humanitarian organizations or institutions have accomplished immediate tasks and effectively responded to critical needs. There are many unexpected situations that occur and interrupt everyday living such as natural disasters, war, global pandemic, and economic effects. As a result of decades of policy changes, and the influence of unexpected circumstances, many organizations are formed in order to assist people in need.
2. Despite facing many issues from external factors, Humanitarian efforts still continue to operate in areas affected by disasters or other issues as NGOs and other key institutes work to provide aid and work to achieve their immediate goals. Humanitarian organizations are often flexible and quick to respond to disasters and issues, providing relief and aid very quickly to affected areas. They often have a large number of volunteers and their own personnel who help them, giving the organization access to essential expertise and skills they would need to deal with these situations. Humanitarian efforts often involve NGOs, intergovernmental institutes and other important organizations with the ability to allocate essential resources.
