SELECTION CRITERIA: Essential Criteria
1. Appropriate tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant demonstrated experience undertaking data warehouse development and support activities.
2. Demonstrated and extensive experience using SAP Business Objects including CMS and Universe Designer, Data services and Oracle; coupled with a working knowledge of Data Warehouse methodologies.
3. Demonstrated organisational skills to contribute to a successful team environment, including the ability to coordinate, plan, monitor and control work activities.
4. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
5. Excellent negotiation; written; interpersonal; communication, and presentation skills.
6. Experience working in an agile project environment, leading business client engagement, capturing requirements and providing appropriate solutions to complex situations.
7. Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to implementation of equity and workplace health and safety principles. Desirable Criteria 1. Knowledge of the Australian higher education system.
