SECURITIES RBC Wealth Management, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada, has over 2300 financial consultants and 5000 employees. The company, one of Canada's largest full-service securities firms, had been providing a stale and inadequate sales development Excel-based tool to its field advisors. Reports were run manually. The new RBC Dashboard changed all of this and provides tremendously greater visibility and offers growth possibilities. Field advisors immediately perceived how the dashboard had empowered them.
