Problem:
Anthony, aged eighteen (18), is currently a student in a junior college waiting to sit for his GCE "A" Level examinations. Whenever Anthony thinks about the upcoming GCE "A" Level examinations, he begins to feel very anxious and he will have difficulty sleeping. In addition, Anthony is also the Chairman of the Community Service Society in his school. As he begins to pass over his duties and responsibilities to the new Chairman, he becomes very agitated and would lose his temper easily by having verbal outbursts whenever the new Chairman cannot make it for meetings.
