There are so many subcultures that exist under one umbrella there are bound to be multiple culture clashes. Our text states: " Subcultures hold beliefs (founded or unfounded) about the members of other subcultures in your facility. These beliefs can be destructive when assumptions are made about the motives and actions of others." Do you ever think a time will come when all disciplines will respect each other to raise the corporate culture to a higher level based on higher standards? Please share your thoughts.
