Each student, individually, will think about and analyze their "role" in the groups to which they belong. Consider the following:

Then, the student will choose one of these groups. Confidentially, and without identifying the members of the group, they will describe the structure of the group, the positions each member holds, and why they believe those members occupy those positions.
