Develop a paper on a profile of two companies. Select one company that was successful in using one of the cooperative strategic approaches and one company that was not successful in using one of these strategic approaches and respond to the following:
- Identify the cooperative strategy used by each company and the reason they pursued this strategic direction
- Evaluate the success and failure factors for each company
- Assess whether the success and failure were due to the selection of the cooperative strategy or other factors
- Select the cooperative approach you would have used for the company that failed and justify your selection.
