Problem
Analysis of Interpersonal and Group Dynamics Paper
Part I
Analyze your group process and the interactions within your group. Use concepts discussed in your book to examine the roles members played, the leadership shown, the stages of the group process, environmental factors affecting interaction, sense of common identity, decision making, technology influences, power, disclosure, or any other aspect of your group experience. This can be part of your e-folio for SMU and should be done professionally.
Part II
First, evaluate each of your group members on their contribution and attitude during the course of your group working together. Give each group member a rating out of 100% (a grade) and then explain what led you to make that decision. Be honest. This evaluation will be taken into consideration along with my own observations of your groups and used to determine a group participation grade for each person. You do not have to use terminology here.
Second, evaluate the group process and project from a participant's lense as opposed to academically. This is where you can tell me what you liked or hated about the project and what I can do differently in the future (keep in mind that certain requirements must still be there such as topic, etc.). Be honest--You will not be penalized in any way if vou would like to use this as a venting area. Get all of your thoughts out.
