Analyze which items performed well

Problem:

Is it always a good strategy to look at sell thru reports from the past season in order to analyze which items performed well. In this way, the sales agent can remind the buyer of the top sellers and present updates to those best sellers for the upcoming season. However, some of the sell thrus will often show items that underperformed. For example, a pant that had been in the store for 6 weeks and only had a sell thru of 15%. If there is an item that did not sell, the sales agent should not mention that item at all unless it was a discussion crucial to ongoing business success. However, the sales agent should want to promote and build on the successful items. To ensure your understanding of this concept, please choose the statement which best describes what you have just read: Always summarize the buyer's sell thru reports and present them with this summary at the sales meeting. Try not to focus on the poor sellers Always present the buyer with the positive sell thru items and build on the positive items All of the above
