For this Capstone assignment, you will create an organizational plan to engage employees in a technological organizational change effort regardless of impact type.
Develop a well-written paper that addresses the following:
• Analyze 2 technological influences that are impacting an organization/industry of your choice.
• Create 5 strategies to implement the needed changes to technology that will help increase productivity in the organization.
• Explain how these changes will increase employees' motivation and performance.
• Create an evaluation process for reviewing the effectiveness of the implementation.
