Critically analyze two-course concepts evident in the case you select, focusing on factors related to the wrongful conviction and/or played a role in the dismissal. Include two-course concepts from forensic psychology for your analysis. Remember to link them to the case! Your critical analysis should include consideration of at least one potential evidence-based solution or approach that could reduce the chances of similar future topics or increase fair outcomes. This should be directly related to one of the two-course concepts you've chosen to analyze (e.g., what does research tell us about more effective procedures, rules, and approaches; have other jurisdictions applied an alternative way of addressing a problem or need?; are new guidelines now in place to reduce the chances of an error occurring in the future?).
