Problem
A. Personal Diet Analysis The personal diet analysis asks students to record all foods and beverages consumed in 24 hours and enter this information in a publicly available dietary assessment tool (Cronometer) to evaluate their own diet.
B. Students will critically analyze their diet nutrient profile ("results"), search information to respond to potential negative health effects/conditions or diseases that could occur of not meeting exceeding recommendations of nutrients and provide specific strategies that could be implemented to improve their diets to prevent disease and maintain overall health.
