Workplace Communication during the COVID-19 Pandemic
In this project, your will analyze the workplace communication practice during the COVID-19 pandemic and offer a recommendation to address the communication challenges within the organization. Some examples of communication issues relevant to this context may include but are not limited to:
o Safety procedures communication
o Effectiveness of virtual meetings
o Coordination of work shifts
o Social support among staff members
o Effectiveness of communication channels
o External communication to customers
o Ways to maintain routine internal communication
o Bad news communication
o Communication dynamics when everyone is working from home.
Your analysis should be based on either your first-hand experience through observations of your organization or an interview of an employee in an organization. The deliverables of the project include:
A memo analyzing the workplace communication during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
