For Milestone Three, critically analyze a research article that focuses on your chosen contemporary higher education issue related to technology. Analyze the role of technology in relation to the issue. Also, discuss how technology can be used to improve student achievement for underrepresented students, such as students with disabilities, racial and ethnic minorities, and/or women. Finally, determine the impact of the issue on student outreach.
The research article must be taken from one of the following top-tier, peer reviewed journals: Research in Higher Education, Review of Higher Education, Journal of Higher Education, or Peabody Journal of Education and Teaching.
