Think of a change in your own company or a company with which you are familiar. Who were the stakeholders in this change? Discuss what concerns different stakeholders might have and how communication is needed to address those concerns.
• Outline the challenges for effectively implementing a strategic plan; discuss buy-in with stakeholders & stockholders. Address recommendations for measurable metrics to determine if the implementation is effective.
• Analyze the internal & external environmental challenges to assess the effectiveness of the strategic plan implementation.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
