Project: Growth Matrix
You will develop a comprehensive growth matrix for your selected organization.
You are expected to bring the knowledge and skills you have gained from other courses in the MBA program into the development of your course project. Because of the interdependent nature of the business disciplines, you are encouraged to draw on your previous work in both core MBA courses and specialization courses as you complete your strategic business analysis.
Procedure
1. Review the Project page, if necessary.
2. Review your selected organization's growth potential.
3. Analyze the growth matrix found in Strategic Management: Logic and Action (text).
4. Develop a comprehensive growth matrix for your organization based on the readings for this module.
5. Does the growth matrix you developed identify new markets or new products for your company's expansion?
6. Create a short paper (one to two pages, formatted in APA style) on guidelines for potential growth and decisions for your organization.
7. Include supporting research sources cited and referenced in APA style.
