• Analyze the four types of activities older adults should participate in, and then compare the benefits associated with each one.
• Given the multitude of benefits associated with regular physical activity, reflect on the reasons why older adults may not be willing or able to follow the activity guidelines.
• What can they do to overcome these barriers?
