Introduction
Management means the creation of an internal environment where the individuals working in a group can perform efficiently and effectively for the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. This paper is to analyze the four major functions of management and how each function has an impact on the business. The four major functions of management are planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Regardless of the size, nature, and type of organization, all managers have to perform the basic functions of management. Each function is inter-related to each other and every function should be executed well by organization to successfully achieve all the objectives.
