In planning its market offering, the marketer needs to address five product levels: core benefit, basic product, expected product, augmented product, and potential product (p. 139).
For this problem, you will select a firm within an industry and research (Internet and other formats) a firm's products and outline its five product levels. In addition you should analyze the firm's perception of the customer's value hierarchy and total consumption system.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
