Project: Code of Conduct
Develop a comprehensive, meaningful, and relevant code of conduct that provides clear guidelines for ethical behaviors and decisions at your selected organization.
You are expected to bring the knowledge and skills you have gained from other courses in the MBA program into the development of your course project. Because of the interdependent nature of the business disciplines, you are encouraged to draw in both core MBA courses and specialization courses as you complete your strategic business analysis.
Procedure
1. Review the Project page, if necessary.
2. Review your selected organization's code of conduct. Does the code offer enough guidance with respect to possible situations and employees?
3. Analyze the code of ethics found in this module's readings.
4. Develop a new code of conduct for your organization based on the readings for this module.
5. Create a short paper (one to two pages, formatted in APA style) on guidelines for ethical behaviors and decisions for your organization.
6. Include supporting research sources cited and referenced in APA style.
