I am also working an externship this term with my current employer "Third Creek Dentistry". My professional goal is coming together. I would like to be the office manager. I am working on this with my externship. I will be responsible for collections of delinquent accounts. I will be working with different collection software. We currently have two different companies that we have hired in the past for collections. I will be gathering information from the different databases, to make calls and collect money. My main challenge is time management. With all the added work time a schedule of time management is a must. I am happy that my employer agreed to make this a paid externship.
