B. Identify at least two articles published in the last 6 months that discuss a company's strategic approach to international expansion (the articles may not directly indicate that what is being discussed is the company's international strategy as we discuss it in this class, but you should be able to infer that the company's international strategy and entry modes are being discussed). Based on your interpretation of the articles:
a) State the main types of international strategies.
b) Explain which type of international strategy this company is using and what the evidence from the articles is for the case you are making.
c) Is this the best choice of an international strategy and why?
d) Which type of international mode(s) is the company using to enter the market? Is the choice of an entry mode(s) the most appropriate for the company and why?
e) What recommendations do you have for the company to improve its international expansion success?
