o Several analytic tools and planning approaches (i.e., public health surveillance, economic evaluation, health impact assessment, systematic reviews, and evidence-based guidelines) can be used by public health practitioners to enhance public health evidence-based practices. Select two analytic tools and planning approaches of choice, and compare their strengths and limitations.
o A number of planning and programming tools have been developed for use when working with communities. These include state-developed models, local community and consulting approaches, and national approaches. Select one commonly used community assessment tool or instrument, and analyze how it is used by a public health agency of your choice to conduct a community health assessment. Highlight the strengths and limitations of the tool or instrument.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
