For this assignment, you will conduct a "mock" interview with the legendary Angela Hucles. Angela, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, has won two World Cup medals, and was on the U.S. National Soccer Team for 8 years. You will create eight to 10 questions for her, and then answer them as if you were Angela Hucles. Be sure to cover the history of Title IX, appropriate legislation, significant court cases surrounding Title IX and the progression (both good and bad) of gender equity in sports, more specifically in employment. Specifically, analyze the effect of Title IX complain on an athletic department.
Make sure you discuss Title IX and how it pertains to hiring processes. You should tackle the topic of declining rates of female coaches and the lack of female sport administrators. Include recommendations for athletic administrators to decrease discrimination and to encourage females to enter collegiate coaching positions in the future.
Be creative. All questions and answers must be based on the research and readings from the week as well as your own outside research. Use proper citations. Each answer should be approximately a half page in length and must include appropriate citations.

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
